A robot hospital is an engineering concept: a place to diagnose, maintain and restore robots. It also creates an opportunity to investigate how collaborative robots might support the repair process itself. Holding a component consistently, presenting a part for inspection or moving items between stations are possible research tasks.

Each proposed task requires feasibility work, an appropriate risk assessment and validation within the real application. Human oversight, access to technical documentation and a clear definition of responsibilities remain essential.
