A robot that stops unexpectedly does not always have a failed mechanical part. Power, communications, software configuration, sensors and the surrounding application can produce similar symptoms. A structured handover helps a qualified service team separate the observed behaviour from assumptions about its cause.
Record the model and serial number, the controller version, the exact fault message and when the issue first appeared. Include recent changes and existing maintenance records. Share logs through an agreed channel and remove credentials or confidential production data. Do not reproduce an unsafe fault merely to obtain a video.
