Actuators, encoders, grippers and control boards can have closely related versions with different electrical, mechanical or software requirements. A part number, revision and documented compatibility are more useful than a visual match. Availability should be considered alongside support, warranty conditions and the requirements of the complete robotic application.
A traceable service warehouse records where components came from, their condition and which robot received them. Replacement planning should also consider configuration, calibration and validation by an appropriately qualified team. Our proposed spare parts hub is intended to connect sourcing, records and repair workflows rather than treat parts as isolated stock items.
